Paul Linares
Founder
Raised in a bilingual household and internationally educated, Paul developed a deep understanding of language, culture, and cross-cultural communication from an early age.
He holds a degree in Linguistics and a Master of Public Health. He is a US Air Force veteran with six years of experience as a Pashto-Afghan Linguist, during which designed cross-cultural communication initiatives, mentored language professionals, and supported multilingual operations.
His career expands into corporate settings, where he has led community-driven projects, coordinated global marketing campaigns, and implemented training and engagement programs that strengthened stakeholder relationships and improved community participation.
Today, Paul combines his expertise in linguistics, military language analysis, and international program management to deliver accurate, culturally informed Spanish–English translation and localization services for businesses, organizations, and individuals.
Outside of work, he volunteers as a pro bono translator and community outreach coordinator, bringing together his commitment to language accessibility, strategic leadership, and community impact.
